CyberDefenceLab IAR is the official digital platform for the cybersecurity division of the Institute of Advanced Research, Gandhinagar.
The website was designed as a tactical and immersive institutional experience inspired by modern cyber operations interfaces, blending high-density visual systems, terminal-inspired interactions, and military-grade UI aesthetics into a polished web experience.
The platform serves as the organization’s central digital identity, presenting:
organizational doctrine and mission objectives
leadership and command structure

workshop and competition timelines
cybersecurity initiatives

Special attention was given to creating an interface that feels operational rather than corporate — reinforcing the lab’s positioning as an active cyber defence and offensive security training authority.
The platform was developed using React 19, TypeScript, Vite 6, and Tailwind CSS with a component-driven architecture focused on performance, scalability, and immersive interaction design.

A dedicated section was created for DOOMCTF'26, the lab’s flagship national-level Capture The Flag competition focused on cryptography, reverse engineering, binary exploitation, and digital forensics.

The visual language combines Inter, JetBrains Mono, and Rajdhani typography with dark tactical themes, sharp grid systems, motion-driven transitions, and cybersecurity-inspired interface detailing to create a premium institutional cyber operations identity.
CyberDefenceLab IAR was built to establish a stronger digital presence for the organization while communicating technical authority, operational rigor, and a modern cybersecurity culture.
